Shahrul is one of the Irekajaya Sdn. Bhd. founder. With 18 years experience in the banking industry, this former manager to well-known bank brings with him a wealth of experience inoperational and financial management, business strategy and development.
Having personally led a number of international and local marine projects to successful completion, the experience and knowledge acquired will be a valuable asset in propelling this good company to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Azman Shah B Mohd Noor
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Former Master Chief Petty Officer for Royal Malaysia Navy, Azman is the co- founder of Irekajaya Sdn. Bhd. His ability to lead and produce the best Navy Divers cannot be doubted, as evidenced by the number of well-known, excellent divers that has benefited under his tutelage.
Azman holds Diploma in Occupational Diving from Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme (ADAS) in Advanced Underwater work of up to 85 meter depth. He is also the lead advisor for IJSB’s Diving Operational Methodology, Procedures and Standards.
Azman’s specialized set of diving skills and certification include Deep Sea Diver (94 M), Instructor and Traineer, Diving Sup, Mix Gas Operator, Mine Clearance, Demolition, Underwater Welding and Cutting, Underwater Strategy & Tactical, Diving Regulation And Compliance, In Water Survey And Inspection, SSBA Operating & Supervisor.
Mohd Azhar Bin Mat Ali
OPERATION MANAGER
Azhar is one of the key personnel involved directly in every operation and project of IJSB, bringing with him a host of skills and experience acquired from the Malaysian Navy. He works directly with clients and site personnel on site to coordinate and ensure all company projects are successfully accomplished on time as per clients’ requirements.
Azhar holds a Diploma in Occupational Diving from Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme (ADAS) in Advanced Underwater work of up to 50 meter depth. Former Master Chief Petty Officer for Royal Malaysia Navy, he has a lot of experience in underwater military and deep sea diving operation.
His specialized skills and certification include Deep Sea Diver (60 M), Instructor and Traineer, Diving Sup, Mix Gas Operator, Mine Clearance, Demolition, Underwater Welding And Cutting, Underwater Strategy & Tactical, Diving Regulation And Compliance, In Water Survey And Inspection, SSBA Operating & Supervisor.
Asiah Binti Che Hamid
OPERATIONS ADVISOR
Having working experience in a few international projects throughout South East Asia, Asiah is the Operations Advisor for IJSB. A degree holder in Civil Engineering, her skills and experience in marine works and industry knowledge in general from her previous postings and projects has proven invaluable in achieving and maintaining IJSB’s operational efficiency.
Her commitment and dedication to her work has resulted in her ability to work with and motivate the team to overcome interim challenges and complete all IJSB’s projects successfully.
